We had a washing machine repaired . Very good, personable repair guy . But we “paid” with an extended warranty plan. So most of your questions do not apply-in fact, not a single one of the “which services did you get” questions apply. Suggest you go back to the drawing board on this survey.!!

My Lowe's warranty for my dishwasher went through Sears for repairs. Technician got the job done quickly, was very knowledgeable, and didn't mind me watching and asking question cuz I was curious. I would recommend getting a dishwasher repaired by him any day. Word of warning: Sears has switched to an AI only scheduling and updating service. It told me I would need to pay a diagnostic service fee (I did not, it was free with my warranty.) And when asked for a human to get that straightened out, it transferred me to the same named AI with a slightly different "voice" who told me there was no human that could assist and to stop asking because that answer would not change. 😐 So I decided whatever I'll just ignore that it's asking for payment and see what happens. Tech did not ask for payment at appt and I got a receipt showing $0 owed about 30 mins after he left. Kinda frustrating that the AI service was wrong and there is no longer a human to discuss and confirm things with though! Giving 5 stars specifically cuz the tech deserves it. The AI gets a 1/5 rating. Automating texts and calls? Sure. Getting rid of all human assistance for questions? No. That was frustrating.
