Very friendly and thorough gentleman. Was able to explain the issues so I could easily understand. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was higher then expected so will end up with a new appliance. .

Freezer was zapped by lightning. Roy made every effort to get here asap. Took a few reschedules but the freezer is up and running.

He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was very good at taking care of the issue! If we ever have a problem again...I hope he will be the serviceman that is sent to our home!

Professional & pleasant. Very unhappy about no repair person appearing f scheduled service on Mother’s Day. Also there was no notification f sear’s about the no show. This no - show caused us to move to our son’s house to celebrate.
