Unfortunately, my washer could not be repaired for less than the cost of a new one but Stacy was very professional, on time, and tried to find the problem by thoroughly checking it out. I appreciate the Saturday appt as taking off work is costly for me. I just wish the diagnostic fee was not so expensive.

Justin was very good. But Sears has canceled 10 times on the days to come to my house to come back and repair. I believe it is due to AI not human area.
