Martin was great. Fixed the refrigerator. Actuzl process with extended warranty company not so great as it took too long to get them to send Martin. Not Martin or Sears Appliance fault.

Very friendly and thorough gentleman. Was able to explain the issues so I could easily understand. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was higher then expected so will end up with a new appliance. .

Freezer was zapped by lightning. Roy made every effort to get here asap. Took a few reschedules but the freezer is up and running.

He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was very good at taking care of the issue! If we ever have a problem again...I hope he will be the serviceman that is sent to our home!
