Daniel was great. However, my overall experience has been very frustrating. The automated system is poor. The auto message notification didn’t state how to confirm the part was received. It said “call if the part has not arrived”, however, my appointment kept getting moved even though I had the part within 3 days of Daniel’s initial visit. Daniel believed this was because Sears didn’t think the part was delivered…but that’s not what your system says…Also, I tried to call and confirm but the automated system does not allow access to a live person…I believe I called over 12 times and finally yesterday messaged with another Daniel over virtual advisor. Please check and correct your automated system. I received an automated message over the past 10 days stating “your repair is scheduled for tomorrow, May 30. If all parts are not received, please call…” it said “may 30” everyday.
