Justin was very good. But Sears has canceled 10 times on the days to come to my house to come back and repair. I believe it is due to AI not human area.

My washing machine had some major problems. Parts had to be ordered and it took three visits to get the machine back together. This took several weeks and several cancelled appointments that had me staying home all day to wait. One time I was the early appointment and that was nice. Most of the other visits were later. But I still have a problem. There’s water under my washer and I don’t know where it’s coming from. The technician said the machine was ready to go, but now I’m worried it’s leaking again. Looks like I have to go through AI again. What a headache.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. Took over 2 weeks to fix and I ended up doing it ourselves because they rescheduled our appointment no joke 17 times. Oh yeah and also just didn't show like 4 times after waiting 8-5 for them. Not to mention it's damn near impossible to talk to an actual person when you call customer service since they switched to all AI customer service, which is absolutely useless and zero help at all. Never, and I mean never use Sears Appliance Repairs. If you are going through a home warranty and that's who they assign you cancel immediately. There's a reason Sears went bankrupt. If I could give a negative star review I would but the lowest they will let you give is 1 star so whatever. -100 out of 10

The gentleman was here when he said he would be, gave me a part quote of 250 dollars for a Samsung washer pump when they are available for 40 dollars and 300 dollar charge for the service ridiculously over priced.

Dan our technician was great, very quick and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the parts sears used to fix my oven. They were not official whirlpool parts. They ordered them off Amazon for $11 and then upcharged me almost 800% for the parts. That's an insane upcharge. I understand a company makes money on their parts, but that's a crazy price hike.
