My washing machine had some major problems. Parts had to be ordered and it took three visits to get the machine back together. This took several weeks and several cancelled appointments that had me staying home all day to wait. One time I was the early appointment and that was nice. Most of the other visits were later. But I still have a problem. There’s water under my washer and I don’t know where it’s coming from. The technician said the machine was ready to go, but now I’m worried it’s leaking again. Looks like I have to go through AI again. What a headache.

$130 service fee call, okay, that's fine. When you call, it's all A.I. teleprompts. I needed a washing machine door latch repair done. When he was at my home, he searched for the part and I saw the part on the technician's phone that said $144 to buy. He told me he could order the part for next week and the job would take him less than 5 minutes to do. Here's the real kicker. They are going to charge me $299 for the $144 part and $290 for labor. $590 for a door latch!!! That's the price of a lot of new washers. The tech was nice enough to tell me what part I needed. I bought it for $21 on Amazon and it's arriving next day. I will never be using this service again. Sears is a crook.

Diagnosis was incorrect. Quoted replacement part (incorrect diagnosis) was over twice the cost of an OEM part from a reputable supplier. Found solution to the problem on the internet and repaired machine in less than 30 minutes.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. Took over 2 weeks to fix and I ended up doing it ourselves because they rescheduled our appointment no joke 17 times. Oh yeah and also just didn't show like 4 times after waiting 8-5 for them. Not to mention it's damn near impossible to talk to an actual person when you call customer service since they switched to all AI customer service, which is absolutely useless and zero help at all. Never, and I mean never use Sears Appliance Repairs. If you are going through a home warranty and that's who they assign you cancel immediately. There's a reason Sears went bankrupt. If I could give a negative star review I would but the lowest they will let you give is 1 star so whatever. -100 out of 10

The gentleman was here when he said he would be, gave me a part quote of 250 dollars for a Samsung washer pump when they are available for 40 dollars and 300 dollar charge for the service ridiculously over priced.

Dan our technician was great, very quick and professional. The only thing I didn't like was the parts sears used to fix my oven. They were not official whirlpool parts. They ordered them off Amazon for $11 and then upcharged me almost 800% for the parts. That's an insane upcharge. I understand a company makes money on their parts, but that's a crazy price hike.

If I could give Sear’s Home Services zero stars, I would. They are incompetent on a level I’ve never experienced. I have had a technician scheduled to complete repairs on our oven, that I was forced to pay for, in advance, on 5 separate occasions. And, no one has ever showed up. When I call their customer service team, based in the Philippines, I get incompetent, uncooperative “ help”, giving unintelligible answers with zero effort to follow up. I have no idea how Sear’s Home Services can stay in business with the level of ineptitude they display, daily. But, I can’t discourage you enough, from doing any business with them. They are the worst kind of awful to deal with.

This business is a scam. There is no physical address in Bolivar. I had to prepay $119 diagnostic fee. The technician Justin showed up. He was in a hurry to start his holiday weekend and was on his phone making plans. He placed his hand in the refrigerator and said it is cooling it must be a thermostat. I questioned his lack of checking Freon and the possibility the compressor was going out. He said it couldn’t be those things. He said if I didn’t go forth to order the thermostat and pay $400 I would have to start the process over and pay another diagnostic fee. I prepaid for the part. The next days my refrigerator quit. I tried to call to cancel the part and get my money returned. When I phone the number there is a circle loop which ends up hanging up on me. There is no live person to speak to. This is a scam. You will regret your decision to use this service.

I called the number to see if I could get a part and Immediately there's a recording trying to make me take a survey .I Immediately knew this wasn't the company for me .if you want to truly have good customer service have a real person answering the phone right away .I'm offended that you think you can make me take a survey before you will even talk to me .
