Excellent service
Very knowledgeable, intelligent and friendly. He found the problem quickly and did a great job not only fixing it but putting everything back in good order.
Douglas B,
Saint Paul, MNTech Allen was great, Sears scheduling was horrid
1st appt to troubleshoot and order the replacement part for our microwave went very well. The part arrived 3 days later. Attempting to get a technician out to install the new part took Sears Home Services 4 failed attempts because they did not listen when I confirmed each time that the part had arrived. I wasted 4 afternoons waiting for the technician to show up only to be disappointed with no word at all from Sears that they weren't coming. The 5th attempt was successful only because tech Allen decided to personally show up as scheduled even though the Sears system still showed the part as not having arrived - 3 months after the 1st appointment. I will never use Sears Home Services again and do not recommend them to schedule any repair.

He is very knowledgeable and does a great job, however I don't think it is still working. He said it probably is the condenser
