Allen was very thorough. He arrived on time and assessed which part I needed. He was actually the 2nd person that looked at my refrigerator. Unlike the first though, he knew exactly what I needed to fix the problem.

The repair for the washing machine was diagnosed quickly. Upon return after parts were ordered the repair was made quickly. Good communication about the service/repair and also offered some tips for how to clean lint to keep dryer running well.
