SUPER quick response time. We had someone come out next day. Our technician was communicative, friendly, courteous, honest and thorough. We will definitely keep Sears Home Services on speed dial for all of our repair needs. Thank you!

Technician who serviced our refrigerator was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only thing that could be improved would be for Sears to provide an option to schedule a service call with a little more granularity. When the only option provided is to schedule the call for a 8 AM to 5 PM window, it's impossible for a customer to plan any other activities away from home for that day. Customers should not be forced to sit home all day waiting for a service tech to arrive. Providing an option to easily schedule a service call for a two hour window or a four hour window instead of an all day window would significantly improve the customer experience.
