I did not have a good experience with the new tech
Horrible experience, someone was suppose to be at my house between the hours of 8:am-12:00 no one showed up until 7:30pm. I had two parts that were order by the original tech, but the new tech wouldn't put both on the dryer he said "I didn't need" it and ask for it back. He refused to put it on.

Not a good service
We explain to the technician what was wrong with my AC and Hayden even cared to take a look at what was wrong. He did what he wanted to do and did not fix the problem.

Dryer not heating.
Came and said the dryer was working OK and left. But the dryer was still not working until I cleaned out the dryer vent.

Not impressed
Pretty lazy. Refused to help pump out water in washing machine when I asked for assistance. Rude and condescending.

Oven Repair
He did not show up at our house. No work was done. The oven does not work. He then reported that he completed the work. His report is totally false!

Still not working
I went to try the washer right after the tech left and it's still having the same issue. They said it's was working great, but the F 20 error code came up a minute after starting a load.

No good.
