Great Technician(s)/Terrible Scheduling Process
Our technician, Jeffery, did a great job today repairing our dishwasher. I would like to also add that the process I went through to actually get a technician assigned to come to our house was terrible. I initially had a great technician come for the initial diagnosis and parts order. After the parts (2 parts) were ordered and received at my home, I contacted the scheduling department to advise that I had the required parts and had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago, but no technician was assigned to the automated, scheduled appointment, so I had a "no-show" technician, due to the scheduling process. Today, I had a second appointment for a technician to install the parts I had waiting, but I only had an automated appointment scheduled for today with no technician assigned AGAIN. I had to make 4-5 calls, after going through the automated process, to get a hold of a person who could correct this problem. Finally, Jeffery was notified of his "added-on" appointment around 9AM this morning and he was here by 1:30 PM. I would rate him as a "5" for his overall professionalism and technical ability/skills. Sorry to say, if I had not made all the additional calls, my appointment today (like my last appointment (2 weeks ago) would have also been a "no-show/no technician" appointment during my scheduled time today for repair. For your scheduling process after the initial technician made his diagnosis and parts order, I would rate your automated scheduling process as a 0 (zero out of 5).

On Tuesday, 9/16, after explaining the problem to an AI bot, it scheduled me for a service call on 9/18 during an 8-5 window, with a promise of a morning phone call on that date with a more precise arrival time. At approximately 10:30 am. I received a text message from the bot telling me that the service had to be rescheduled. It offered me the same 8-5 window on my choice of Tuesday through Friday the following week. I chose Tuesday and received a text confirmation with the same promise of a morning phone call. Again, that did not happen. At some time, fairly early in the morning, I received a text message that narrowed the window to between 10:15 and 2:15. Of course, that forced me to stay in place, but 2:15 went by without any further communication. Around 4:30 pm, I received a text stating that the estimated arrival time was now 5:04 pm and the technician actually did arrive around 5:15. The are two reasons I gave this review 2 stars: 1. Zero isn't an option, and 2. Bob was a very nice guy and as pleasant as a beautiful morning at the end of what must have been a grueling day for him. Fortunately, my appliance was less than 10 days out of the box, and I didn't have to pay for this service. I feel very sorry for anyone who gets a bill after this kind of treatment.

Great Job
Bret called to let me he was on his way. He arrived and promptly assessed my issue with my snow blower. The repair was made quickly. I appreciate him. because it is a very cold day and did not take any short cuts in doing my repair.

refrigerator repair
Vish provided good service once he got here. The problem was that I was scheduled for about 2:00, but the time kept sliding, and it was after 6:00 before he came. Considering the window was 1:00 to 5:00, I feel that this is unacceptable. If he had been any later, or the job took longer than it did, I would have had to cancel. As it was, I wasted an entire afternoon waiting for service.

Maintenance check & cleaning
Aaron came on time, he checked for the fridge functioning, but he didn't perform the required annual cleaning, which is included in the warranty.

Never Again
Within minutes of him entering my home, I was unable to breathe due to the overwhelming smell of smoke that clung to him. I had to leave my home and use medication just so I could breathe again. I ended up at a business next door so I could be out of the heat and breathe. I am now exhauted, shaky, and have a migraine. He endangered by health with his smoking. Never again. Please never ever send a smoker to my house again. I finished the job by working in my garage, but it could have resulted in me having to be rushed to the hospital.

Gas is leaking from my Dryer
Gas is leaking from my Dryer when it is not running likely the control value. Willie did not fix the problem instead I was charged for a diagnostic fee without diagnosing anything

3 hours late from the on the way message
The tech was very late after we got a message that he was in the wash. Over 3 hrs. We had dogs put away and ready for him to arrive. Then he looks at the dishwasher for 3 min and says he can't work on it. No report sent and nothing completed.

No show!!!
My air conditioning went out, and it has been extremely hot. I haven't slept all week due to the heat. I took a whole day off and no one showed up. Now I have to put in a new claim and start all over

It doesn't work
My washer dryer is "fixed"....NOT. I found Tuan hard to understand which made communication a bit of a challenge. I had a clog but initially he thought it was a leak. There was some misinformation there. There was some water left in the tray which I thought could have been cleaned up. I am also not sure I had an unnecessary repair. With a new pump it still doesn't work. You would have thought he would have checked it before he left. Zero stars!
