He not only quickly fixed my issue, but provided me with tips that would be helpful to ensure I knew best how to address any issues in the future until service could be called. He represents your company so well; I hope if I need service in the future I'm lucky enough to be assigned to his route. It is never fun to need a service call, but Robert's professionalism, caring manner, and sense of humor helped make the visit a positive one. I'd highly recommend his services.

Frank did an outstanding job of originally coming to inspect the damage on a new stove that happened at the factory. He ordered replacement parts and returned to fix the damage and now irs as goas new and I can finally use my new stove! Frank was very knowledgeable and did a great job!! Highly recommended him and A&E Factory Direct.

Your technicians are always friendly and seem to be knowledgeable. Replace the parts are hoping for the best said it probably take 24 hours or so for the freezer to get down to the normal setting thanks
