Jeff was great your scheduling and repair coordination-bad
My technician was on time and diagnosed my problem and told me my replacement part was no longer available he explained my next options my dissatisfaction was with the practice of of sears scheduling the appointment for the next business day I called for the repair service and the service department scheduled the repair for more than 3 weeks laterl I think there should be coordination between scheduling and repair service I sat at home all day no repair showed up for repair appointment 3 days in a row this caused me to consider cancelling my service contract
