He arrived yesterday a full hour before the appointment window, when I was still at work. He never answered my response texts or showed up during the actual four hour appointment window. I waited for four hours for no reason. I was forced to reschedule for today, and he showed up, but left a big puddle of water in front of the washer. Even if he had nothing to clean with, there was a full roll of paper towels two feet from where he was working. I will never use Sears Home Service again. They used to have a good reputation.

Nothing much was changed so we have to wait and see. We feel that this has been done before and we still had the problem so we’ll see what happens. Also, the freezer light doesn’t come on anymore since the technician left.

My refrigerator malfunctioned. I scheduled a repair call for 12-5 in the afternoon. No one showed up. I rescheduled the repair for 8-12 the next morning. No one showed up. I contacted the Sears service call center and learned that my appointment had been cancelled without explanation. Never again.

After agreeing to an annual maintenance contract the tech said there was nothing wrong just gas valve turned off. He said call gas company. Charged $74.50 Gas company won’t do repairs INSIDE a residence. They said call HVAC or plumber. Plumber is here saying no gas leak. But I replaced the specific connection sears repair said to. I’m out about $400 at this point plus the Sears contract I bought Who knows?

Waited over a week for an appointment and had to keep my whole day open to be home from 8-5pm. Wanted repair on my Midea freezer (Lowe's extended warranty was purchased), but somehow it was listed as a Maytag Refrigerator by the office, so technician couldn't work on it when he arrived as not certified to work on Midea products.

The technician needed parts to repai; however, Choice Home Warranty company has not approved the order. So you figure whom to blame. My concern is to fix my freege .

Sears appliances service repair is worst experience I never had in my life time the most serious or unpleasant thing that could happen I wil never deal with them I wouldn’t recommend anyone

The washer was broken but not flooding before the visit. . a few hours after with the first load of laundry. . it flooded the basement.
