I am very happy today with the sears technician his name is Jeffrey. He called me 30 in ad Vance to let me know that his is on his way. Right after he arrived at the house , he retired the range very quickly. I really appreciated his work . He is knowledgeable enough for the job. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude for that matter. That he is so professional for his job. Keep up the good work.

Robert was awesome. He knows so much about the appliances. Good guy. However, there were two delays to get him out here because of weather and so many calls for service. I took two days off from work only to have my appointment rescheduled twice. But Robert was such a nice guy, I wasn't mad at him. How am I gonna recover those two days i missed at work?

Overall rating

Our technician performed good work. However, the water hose to the dryer broke while the belt was being replaced. The temporary fix was to replace the hose to the washer and disconnect the hose to the dryer which supports the steam function. While both units work, minus the steam function on the dryer, the work is not complete. I have agreed to buy a new hose and will schedule a tuneup for the washer. At this time I expect the hose to be replaced to the dryer so that both units function as they did prior to the service, and we have a working steam function for the dryer. This work should be covered under the warranty as the breakage occurred during the service.
