Cal did an excellent job, replacing the water valve on our refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What can get better is the process of setting up appointments - too much time is spent by the customer. There must be a quicker way for customers to speak with real human beings when they have issues that AI agentsa can't resolve. Finally, we had an appointment yesterday for someone to come and install parts that had been identified from a previuos appointment and ordered. It was from 8am to 5pm. No one showed up for the appointment. When we called and finally got a hold of a person there was no explanation and no apologies either. That was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Thanks! I don't know if cleaning floor/vacuuming lint etc ....is something you normally do. Apparently, not. Maybe you should think about it. Other than that the technician was awesome. Very efficient.
