Many companies appear to have little or no interest in being customer/user-friendly. Not the case with Bret. The man is professional, easy to communicate with, punctual, and extremely competent. Bret is a credit to your organization. The pick of the litter, off the top shelf, the laurel wreath, the blue ribbon, the bingo. As you can see, he made a helluva impression on me, and I ain't that easy to please. Thanks for sending him.

Robert; who i called “Roger” (sorry), was prompt, courteous and friendly. a true master of his craft and it shows. 10/10 would recommend :) update: 6-10-24 used sears again this time for a gas dryer and Tuan was timely, professional and friendly. very happy again with sears home appliance repair.
