The repair man was very nice. Very helpful. Explained everything in terms. I could understand. He was just great however giving a customer a nine hour window is ridiculous. Your company needs to change that I had to sit home all day today and wait and they didn’t come until right before the window is closed. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t know that I’ll stay with choice home warranty.

Couldn’t believe I checked online Sunday night and had an appointment on Monday afternoon. Frank called in advance, showed up on time. Was a simple oven igniter replacement fix. The repair cost included the $140 diagnosis / trip charge. I thought it was reasonable, and especially for the speed. Very pleased. Will use them again!
