Furnace was not staying on. Technician came and promptly got to work. Diagnosed the problem quickly as a drainage issue. Cleared clogs and replaced parts of the pipe and put a temporary fix. The fix is temporary since this part of furnace is not handled by this company (but needs installation company). I am happy with quick diagnosis and the fact that furnace is up and running.

Michael was professional, on time, and efficient! He serviced our HVAC system which gave me great peace of mind going into the MN winter for the first time in a new house. Even better that the service is covered by our appliance insurance program ($55/month).
