Tuan P. was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the issue (previously misdiagnosed) and quickly fixed the issue. He was extremely professional and courteous, and does very well with dogs :-)

Our technician performed good work. However, the water hose to the dryer broke while the belt was being replaced. The temporary fix was to replace the hose to the washer and disconnect the hose to the dryer which supports the steam function. While both units work, minus the steam function on the dryer, the work is not complete. I have agreed to buy a new hose and will schedule a tuneup for the washer. At this time I expect the hose to be replaced to the dryer so that both units function as they did prior to the service, and we have a working steam function for the dryer. This work should be covered under the warranty as the breakage occurred during the service.
