Would not use sears home services again. Technician was obviously knowledgable, but they were unable to fix the problem. This may be do to it being a 9 year old oven, but was still charged $600+ for a part that they determined was not the issue. Had scheduled technician arrival date changed on day of by sears for 2 weeks later. Took another day off work and arrived at 730 pm with arrival window of 0800-1200. Obviously not the technicians fault, but poor scheduling and very inconvenient.

I felt the sales person misrepresented the service I was receiving. Thought my whole dryer vents lines would be clean Not just the lint trap.

First visit waited all day (8 am to 5 pm) and got call at 6 pm saying they are running behind and cannot make it the next day same thing, except they finally made it to our home at 6pm. So Not even close to being on time. Repair staff was professional and did a good job, but scheduling is a mess!!!

They literally no-showed on a scheduled appointment TWICE. I would highly discourage anyone from using them. I called the number below after they responded to my review, and it's an automated system that in no way helped me reschedule the appointment. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE - NEVER use them :(

I do not recommend this company, and will not use them again. When making the appointment, I explained the problem. When the first service person arrived, he told me that they did not work on that problem (venting) but was going to charge me for the service call anyway. The excuse was that the AI phone system didn't note it. WHY HAVE AI if no one pays attention to what the customer says? So then the servicer person diagnose a second problem that could only be accessed by removing a snap in wire shelf above the dryer. The technician did remove it with my help. After the parts showed up, the second technician said he would not replace the shelf after he was done (I am too short to do it, it takes about 10 seconds). He instructed his trainee not to do it, but the trainee was real world enough to do it anyway, just out of common decency. Although 2 of the 3 people from the company were decent, the combination of the AI, the threat to charge even though the issue could not be corrected, and the officious manner of the trainee make this a sum zero transaction. I don't want to take another chance with this company.

Horrible experience. They don’t have any actual customer support. When you call them there is only an AI person and a phone menu. They came out and failed to fix my furnace which broke again a few days later. I am unable to contact anyone at the company to fix the issue.

I set this appointment for the morning for someone to take a look at my washer. They had a four hour window no call no-show until 4 PM in the evening to let me know that they need to reschedule terrible. Customer service will never work with them again.
