Royce came on Monday and didn’t have enough time to fix the compressor so he’s scheduled a date to come back on Saturday. Royce didn’t get the job but another guy did and he couldn’t show up because he said he didn’t have any parts or the time to do it. Royce Specifically said to your AI that it was a compressor issue and he was coming back on Saturday. Why didn’t you give it to him?! Last last night, The top of the fridge went out so all of my food is spoiling. I want a refund on my $139 service fee since the job was not completed as it was supposed to be. I am very very disappointed in Sears.

My scheduled appointment was from 8 am to noon. My technician was 3 hours late. I tried multiple times to contact Sears repair to get an update on technician status and was not able to connect with a person. They only use AI, which wasn't able to answer me. They sent a text with original time frame, I could cancel or reschedule. This was not helpful. The technician was nice once he arrived. I will not use this service in the future.

took down my phone number incorrectly. no-show for AM appointment, waited until late in the evening to notify me that the appointment was rescheduled for three days later. failed to arrive on time for the rescheduled appointment and then missed me while I was sitting at home waiting for them because they had the wrong phone number and didn't try any other means to reach me before leaving

Received my text message that the tech was on the way at 7:40am, and the technician never arrived. No communication received. I reached out to customer service 3 times, and was unable to get any confirmation of the tech still coming, nor a local phone number to reach out to. Extremely disappointed in Sears Appliance Repair. 7 hours later and the technician still has not arrived, and no communication from Sears. Would NOT recommend their services.

Need to have gas leak rechecked with gas meter. Tech did not check for gas leak with gas meter. Just lvisually ooked at regulator and said don't think it's leaking

Nothing much was changed so we have to wait and see. We feel that this has been done before and we still had the problem so we’ll see what happens. Also, the freezer light doesn’t come on anymore since the technician left.

My refrigerator malfunctioned. I scheduled a repair call for 12-5 in the afternoon. No one showed up. I rescheduled the repair for 8-12 the next morning. No one showed up. I contacted the Sears service call center and learned that my appointment had been cancelled without explanation. Never again.

After agreeing to an annual maintenance contract the tech said there was nothing wrong just gas valve turned off. He said call gas company. Charged $74.50 Gas company won’t do repairs INSIDE a residence. They said call HVAC or plumber. Plumber is here saying no gas leak. But I replaced the specific connection sears repair said to. I’m out about $400 at this point plus the Sears contract I bought Who knows?

Waited over a week for an appointment and had to keep my whole day open to be home from 8-5pm. Wanted repair on my Midea freezer (Lowe's extended warranty was purchased), but somehow it was listed as a Maytag Refrigerator by the office, so technician couldn't work on it when he arrived as not certified to work on Midea products.
