Jeffery was on time, diagnosed the issue and repaired it very quickly. He described the cost and showed the broken piece that was making the microwave think the door wasn't closed.

Cal was great! Came out diagnosed issue and found what caused it. Clear with when he’d be arriving and showed us where the mouse made its home in our ac unit. Took work shoes off before enter house too which is always a plus! He tested both furnace and ac to ensure everything was working before he left. We’d be happy to have him back for any future repairs. He did a great job. Thanks again Cal!

Cafe refrigerator was not cooling. Took three trips to fix, but Cal the service tech was great to work with. Explained everything and was professional. Took three because the compressor they sent was damaged in transit. Cal installed the parts he could and returned when the new compressor arrived. It's a pain having to schedule three days to be available, but it was not the fault of the service company.
