The tech did a great job but a 416 dollar bill for a 20 dollar part doesn't make sense

The tech was great. He showed me how to care for my dishwasher which will help limit future problems. I cannot remember his name which I feel terrible about as he was wonderful!

Jeff was polite, professional, and went from step to step without hesitation. I was not pleased with the last service from another tech (3rd party?), but this prompt and courteous fix was commendable.
