Tech was good but the process was ridiculous. First appointment tech was over scheduled and after waiting all day received text that he won’t be coming out and I had to reschedule. 2nd appointment tech did not have part when all information for the fridge/freezer were give . Problem was with ice maker not working. Tech said he had to order whole ice maker and that is the case no matter why it’s not working. Why come out without the part. So had to have a 3rd appointment.
