Jonathan worked steadily and thoroughly. He was pleasant and friendly. Most importantly Jonathan knew what he was doing; he saw things I didn't see and took care of it. This did not make my bill larger, because I have a warranty plan, rather it increased the lifetime of my dishwasher. It's encouraging to experience this kind of work ethic. Thank you, Johnathan!

Gregory did a fine professional job. Unfortunately after he left recommending we replace the dw...we found that the control board was under warranty. Now working with Sears Home Services is a nightmare...trying to reschedule dw repair with LG providing the costly control panel. Talking to 5 different people in the Philippines etc ... easier to buy a new dw!!!
