The technician was dine. The service as a whole is worthless. All AI. You will never talk to a human. Nobody that you can explain a problem too. Just a AI bot. The technician was unable to even perform a diagnostics to find the issue. Because it was a two man job. And if this was anything but a AI service the tech would have known this. So $125 later no service of any kind was performed. Do not use this service. It’s not the fault of the technician it is a terrible use of AI. Will never use again.

Zero stars not because the repair failed but because you've made it impossible (so far} to remedy the situation. You have not supplied a valid customer service phone number. You get an "F".

I would really like zero stars. Do not use Sears Appliance Repair they are absolutely awful! We had a technician to our house quickly they ordered part and they were at our house in 3 days, everything was going great. An appointment was scheduled to repair our fridge and of course it was between certain times. No one ever showed up or called. I called after my appointment window and was told due to unforseen circumstances the technician canceled. Appointment got rescheduled for 2 weeks later on a Saturday and my appointment window was 8-5. At 3 a technician called and said they will not have time to fix my fridge, at this point I was without a working fridge for 30 days. I called Sears and no one was available to talk to, their system was all AI so I had to wait until Monday. Monday I called and they totally dismissed my issue, I could not talk to anyone except the person I couldn't even understand. I will never get an appliance repaired by Sears again. No one should ever go that long without their fridge when all the parts were sitting at their house. Think twice before you contact them.

Didn’t seem to understand the issue. Said there was no error message when the machine was turned on. Of course there was no error message, the machine had been turned off for several days. Pushed a few buttons and then wanted to sell me a warranty. It took all day for him to arrive and basically no resolution. Got into politics. So I paid for a service call when basically nothing was done. I felt totally ripped off and a day in my life was wasted.

Sorry excuse of a repair company. Tech came to my house to repair freezer portion of refrigerator. The refrigerator worked to cool food. Tech didn't confirm the parts ordered were in working order. He proceeded to cut my compressor out of fridge and found out the new parts were damaged. Now I don't have a refrigerator or freezer. When I told him he better expedite my replacement parts he said we are not Amazon. Waited a week for parts and had to wait an additional 3 days for appt. There was no consequences for the actions the tech did. Would not recommend them to anybody for repairs.

Waited until 3:00 for him to come when my appointment was between 8am to noon 182 for labor is a joke when it took him 20 minutes to do the job not happy at all
