Jeff did a nice job; however, Sears Home Service has been anything but helpful. My oven hasn't worked since July. Jeff was the 9th repair person to my house. I have been promised a replacement code sent to my email three times after they (allegedly) escalated the issue multiple times. I have NEVER received a call or email from Sears as a follow-up to anything; instead, I have to initiate all communications, requests, and updates. Paying $80/ month for this service has largely been a waste of money with no end in sight. I do NOT recommend Sears Home Service.

Wife had to tell him what was wrong and how to fix it (Fixed it in 5 minutes), and he had me help him so he could screw the handle on. Don't think he knew too much about the dishwasher. Wanted to take door apart completely to fix the problem. He said it might take an hour or two to repair. Was home from 8 in the morning till he showed up at 5:15 at night (After hours), to fix the item. All in all pretty sad!!!! Won't buy GE appliances ever again or have Sears out for repair ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took over three weeks to get my appliance fixed. A 5 minute job!!!
