Unreliable
First tech ordered the spare parts. The second technician says they don't stock some of the spare parts needed. Y wouldn't the first tech be assigned to finish the job? Now he says the whole microwave has to be replaced. He seemed not to know how to remove the microwave from the mount. Removed roughly

AC not working
AC should have been replaced in the beginning. Having no ac in the hottest days was miserable.

You'll have to come again
I have the same frost build up in the freezer two days after service. I am totally dissatisfied
