Very professional and timely, I requested message prior to arrival and he did that for me. The service didn't take long and the AC is back to running well again. They used my home warranty program so all billing went through that company which was easy for me.

Really appreciated Cal's prompt and thorough analysis of the problem and clear explanation of options for a permanent repair of an icemaker that was badly construction when manufactured. He cleaned the ice machine and got it working again. Cal was courteous and arrived within the time block of the appointment.
