He reviewed the problem and issues with my refrigerator, checked the internal components and determined the freezer was functioning and the ice box wasn't. He suggusted a repair and a quoted a cost. Because of the age of the unit we are thinking ti over.

Dale is a great tech and always does a thorough job. Your corporate operations have gone down the toilet and after over 20 years of being a loyal customer I am ready to never do business with Sears again. You have lost a client who has bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of appliances which I will now buy elsewhere. Your management has destroyed client services.
