Chad has been a fantastic worker, but he and us are both done with this washer, he has been at our house working on it. We do appreciate all his work, but My husband and I are done with this washer, I feel bad for Chad because this effects him, but his Manager keeps telling Chad that he did not fix it, but his Manager needs to come to our house and check this washer. Chad has been working hard on this washer, and the manager needs to be condemned our washer.

5 STARS for the Technician. Chad was very pleasant and professional and even went out of his way to work over on a Friday to get my washing machine fixed after the scheduling department messed up horribly. As far as the scheduling department, they get a 1 STAR They are HORRIBLE. Scheduled me 2 x with no tech showing up. After 5 phone calls and getting transferred from person to person, they contacted the tech and he was willing to work over to fix so I didn't have to take a 3rd day off of work.
