Chad has been a fantastic worker, but he and us are both done with this washer, he has been at our house working on it. We do appreciate all his work, but My husband and I are done with this washer, I feel bad for Chad because this effects him, but his Manager keeps telling Chad that he did not fix it, but his Manager needs to come to our house and check this washer. Chad has been working hard on this washer, and the manager needs to be condemned our washer.

Really wish he would have check to see if the heating element was working but feal too. I better not have to pay the cost for him to come out again to do the job a second time. Kris was very pleasant gentleman.

5 STARS for the Technician. Chad was very pleasant and professional and even went out of his way to work over on a Friday to get my washing machine fixed after the scheduling department messed up horribly. As far as the scheduling department, they get a 1 STAR They are HORRIBLE. Scheduled me 2 x with no tech showing up. After 5 phone calls and getting transferred from person to person, they contacted the tech and he was willing to work over to fix so I didn't have to take a 3rd day off of work.

The technician was terrific, I'd give him 5 stars, good communication, timely, and professional. If I could rate just the extended warranty that would have a bad rating, maybe a 2. The automated system doesn't let you talk to a human, still not fixed, we'll see how the company resolves this. It's been almost 2 months since he dryer portion of our GE Washer Dryer combo stopped working.

I was quoted a price of $1200 dollars for parts to fix my washer thst only cost $800 new! I declined and paid my service call fee. When I received my invoice days later it was a completely different price! I have tried all day to contact a real person at your company and only get an AI robot who is no help. I will never use this service again.
