I was quoted a price of $1200 dollars for parts to fix my washer thst only cost $800 new! I declined and paid my service call fee. When I received my invoice days later it was a completely different price! I have tried all day to contact a real person at your company and only get an AI robot who is no help. I will never use this service again.

I don’t think i should have been charged for someone just walking into my home and didn't have to fix anything nor had to even get a tool out. I’m not happy with the price I had to pay I could see paying $50 for just coming out but not $139 now that’s taking advantage of people in this economy.

Didn’t properly diagnose the problem. All he did was check codes. There were two possible codes. Should have further diagnosed the first code. Waste of $139. And parts were so ridiculously expensive no one would pay that.

Six visits scheduled. Only showed up for two. Never fixed 6 month old lg oven microwave combo. Replaced entire unit by lg after almost one year broken.

I would not use this service again. The agent was very pleasant but lead me to believe that the $59. Maintenance fee was a one time fee. When I looked at form I found out it was a monthly fee. The cost of a simple igniter went from $300. To $465. without the maintenance agreement.
