I was so satisfied & pleased w/ my service technician David . He was prompt & so helpful. Fixed my dishwasher problem & even set my controls to make it easier for me to run my dishwasher.That helped so much me being a senior . If I have any future service repairs I hope Sears will send me David from now on. He deserves a rating of 5 (FIVE) & higher. I'm sending this message cause I'm not sure if you got the first one .
