This rating is only for the technician Jessup. He was great he was courteous informative described every procedure and step that was going to be performed test perform results outcome causes next steps he was very thorough although the appliance was not repaired we know our next steps and that above all else is what I appreciate. So if I had to rate the technician it would definitely be five stars thank you sir
