Kevin was very thorough and friendly. He explained what could have happened to cause my issue and made sure that if it occurs again within 30days I can apply the visit payment to the repair.

Dan was very honest and helpful. Sears sends you a text with an approximate time the tech will be there and how many stops away they are. All of this was VERY helpful. I would use their service again. It was $150 for them to come out regardless. I think that’s a bit much but it is what it is.
