David was prompt and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the bad news that I am better off buying a new dishwasher vs paying for the replacement part and having it installed. I will definitely contact Sears Appliance Repair again.

Refrigerator not cooling. Repair person very helpful and professional. Part was going to take a week so accepted diagnosis only since still under warranty.
