I love how Sears Appliance Repair operates! simple and modern! it could be better if the payment can be done by scanning a QR code. Repair Technician Dennis B. was online and communicated timely, patient with all my questions. I recommend Sears Repair to anyone who does not have a regular go-to.

First we had David who came and diagnosed the problem. He was friendly and helpful. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it so that we’d understand. He scheduled our repair appointment. Jalen came and fixed everything up for us. He was also friendly, fast, and efficient.
