At least three technicians have serviced my Kitchen Aide refrigerator. They did not examine my unit thoroughly enough to determine that the drainage on the front was the problem for the water leaking on my floor almost weekly. The tech today took the refrigerator completely apart to discover the problem was topical. He did a great job as he unblocked the upper drain, installed a replacement part at the rear, remained after hours and allowed me to wipe areas that could not be reached unless the frig had been taken apart. Hopefully, I won't need another service call.
