Joshua is very professional take he's time to diagnose the situation. Always has on a mask and booties to protect my safety and his. But honestly, I could not recommend Sears' home protection plan. But as far as the technician, I never had a problem with Joshua or Kevin or anyone else that ever came from them. But as far as the warranty program, Sears professionalism. Everything is virtually computer-generated, and they have problems delegating responsibilities. I'm still waiting on a dishwasher to be installed that was delivered December 3rd of 2024. Technicians are fine, but the Sears warranty program is not desirable. But still collecting monthly fees but not honoring their contract. If you are a senior citizen and not able to use your computer, you may or may not get the service you pay for. Very unhappy with Sears warranty program.
