The technician was not helpful and even tried to do a knock and pull off even though I have a ring type doorbell that he did not bother to press. The company knew I initially did not have my washer model number which I do have now. They sent out a technician who specifically needs the model number and not one that can work on the washer either way. The technician did not wait for me to try and find it and gave the impression he was trying to get home early. I called the company back and the technician was supposed to come back after I found the model number and take a look, but he went ahead and closed the order. I waited at my home all day for this technician and had nothing accomplished. The new appointment now is on Monday. Highly dissatisfied.

I contacted Sears Repair Services 2 weeks ago to have my refridgerator repaired. The technician had to order 3 parts to repair the refridgerator. I received all 3 parts within a week and scheduled a technician to come out and install the parts. The technician never showed up to install the parts. I contacted Sears Repair Services to find out why the technician hadn't arrived and was told that the parts have not been shipped. I told the representative that I had all of the parts so we again scheduled a technician to come out. The technician never showed up again, this is the second time this happened. I contacted Sears Repair Services again and had my concern escalated and now I am waiting for a call to reschedule the technician to come out again. Sears computer system is not recognizing the replacement part number for the part that was ordered so a technician is not being dispatched to repair my refridgerator because their system shows the part has not been delivered. I have gotten no answers from any of the representatives that I spoke with, 5 so far. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I get told that they are on another call and when I accused them of lying to me I was eventually told that they are not able to call out to talk to me. Very poor service from Sears Repair! At this time I would not recommend anyone contact Sears to repair any of their appliances. Their customer service is terrible.

Tec just looked in refrigerator and I explain what was going on and he said it was dust underneath the refrigerator and he vacuumed, but problem still exists. He never test anything.

Terrible. We ordered a microwave and it took over a month to get delivered and I was unable to get any information when I would call. Next, it was damaged at the time of installation and the installer said he didn't see it. There was a very large dent on the bottom and the door was misaligned. Very large and obvious damage. He tried to push the dented part back with his hand. I called and had a chat with Sears customer service the day after we got it and every week since then. Every time I was told it would be replaced. However, when I called over a month later to get an update they said they have no notes of the damage I reported and no logs show that I have had multiple chats and calls. They are saying there isn't anything they can do. The microwave is starting to break due to the damage. Terrible experience and we will never purchase from Sears again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Though we’ve had ok experiences with Sears Home Services doing appliance repair through our home warranty, the independent “repair” services they offer for window air conditioners feel like a scam. Their site claims that they repair window AC, which we confirmed by phone, and so we hired them to come out and diagnose the problem with a barely 2-year-old unit that suddenly stopped working. We were told the $139 diagnostic fee would be applied to the repair. When the technician arrived he did not have a way to even look up the error code. He told my husband that window AC units are basically disposable and cannot be fixed and that if he could have told us that in advance. In the end he had nothing to offer and we were simply out the time and the $139. This felt like a set up and a fraud and I can't trust a company that would engage in these tactics.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. Their automated system trapped me in endless loops, and the technicians never show up on time. Instead of addressing the main issue, they keep trying to upsell me on additional services. My original appointment was scheduled for May 1st, but it's been rescheduled three times already. Today is May 6th, and still, no one has shown up. On top of that, they enforce a 4-hour appointment window, making it incredibly difficult to plan my day. This scheduling nightmare has completely disrupted my week.
