The Technician was very Good. He Troubleshooted the problem and got my wadlsher started. He was also very informative about the cleaning of the Washing machine using the hot water cycle which had not been done.

I love how Sears Appliance Repair operates! simple and modern! it could be better if the payment can be done by scanning a QR code. Repair Technician Dennis B. was online and communicated timely, patient with all my questions. I recommend Sears Repair to anyone who does not have a regular go-to.
