The Technician was Very professional, got the job done. The Technician is not the problem with Sear's Appliance repair, its the scheduling department or the system Sear's is using to communicate with the customer. The call are being uploaded right or your system is out dated not keeping up with updated this is what happen with the Sears store to close. THE COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER IS THE PROBLEM THAT'S A 1 🌟.
