Adonis was an exception young man and repair man. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, explained issues where I could understand, suggested resolutions, and respectful by saying Yes Ma'ma which I hear very little as a 77 year old. He, refrigerator specialist, and Derek, washer and dryer specialist, were exception. They are a great asset to Sears.

I liked the fact that the parts were delivered prior to the service on Friday, 11/10, so that they would be ready for the service person. He arrived in the correct window, was professional and friendly and did the repair efficiently.
