I’m not very happy with this repair. It has taken several weeks. I’ve had to wait on parts and endure multiple cancellations. I had two service providers in my home today and the washer is still not working the way it was designed to operate. The agitator sounds like it’s going to bust out of the front of the washer. So needless to say I’ll need another service call.

The technician Joshua was great. The company as a whole is trash. There is no way to talk to a live person. I understand it is 2026 and technology has advanced but there needs to be an option to speak with a live person. My first appt was scheduled for Friday may 22. One hour before they were scheduled to arrive I got a text from an ai assistant stating that they had staffing issues and could not come out until the following Friday. Having to wait another week for service is terrible. The warranty company tried to contact you several times last week . I tried to contact you all several times. No one could get a response. In my opinion that makes for terrible customer service. If my warranty company had not sent you all out you would have never been used. Sears is a terrible company and no wonder most of your establishments have been closed. I had the same terrible experience with the sears carpet cleaning company yrs prior. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Due to the non responsiveness to the. Customer and the warranty company that hired you. So for that you get 1 star. Joshua gets 5 stars in my book

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!! I had them come in April for a dishwasher issue. The technician said this would be cheaper to fix vs replacing the unit. They ordered the part and came to fix only to find “they ordered the wrong part” and need to charge me more money now than it would be to replace the actual unit. They then kept changing the appointment and have never actually come to fix the unit and have not had anyone reach out to me to resolve this issue. This company is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

I would like to file a formal complaint. Your agent came, and just left. They also forged a signature on the receipt which my mother did not do. Your agent was witnessed by my brother and my mother not doing anything. There was condescension. I request a refund since my mother never signed anything and yiur agent forged a signature. 0/10

To be fair schedule online was easy. Unfortunately, no communications, no agent or contact to talk to for an update, and already an hour outside of arrival window. Going to try a different provider. I would take any communication of late arrival but no updates warrants a different customer service experience. Hope others have a better experience!

Had my refrigerator repaired on 26 February 2026, and when they were done, they had to clean the fingerprints off and found nothing but dings and scratches after they left

Technician was useless. Claimed he needed a serial number in order to fix washing machine . Didn't look for it nor offer suggestions as to where to find it. Charged 100.00 for a service I did not receive. Thinking seriously about canceling my subscription to Sears Home Repair service. WILL NEED TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN FIX MACHINE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS IT CAN DO THE JOB.
