Just the worst experience. I have had someone out three times and my dishwasher still doesn't work. My appointment was canceled five different times by them. It has been over a month dealing with this without any resolution. The number they posted in the last bad review only gives you more AI that doesn't actually help. The entire operation feels like a scam- might be. Worth reporting them. Don't use them. If I could give no stars I would. My dishwasher is still broken, and I have paid them $300.00 for nothing. ***Thank you for proving my point with your reply. All I get is a link to the website and a phone number that only gets you AI. No way to speak to an actual person about my problem. Are the responses AI too????***

Scheduled my repair between 7 and 11am today. The estimated time kept getting later and later and now it's 4pm and no one is here so I had to reschedule. I wasted an entire day for no one to show up.

I couldn't get my snowblower started and called Sears Repair. The repair man was very nice and very knowledgeable. But the repair prices were EXTREMELY EXORBITANT!!!!!! I would rate it a zero if I could. No way will I ever deal with Sears Repair again

Terrible experience with this place. Originally scheduled for my dryer to be serviced the afternoon on Wed, Nov 19. Just as I arrived home from work (left at 1pm bc I had to take time off), I received a phone call from the technician stating that he wouldn’t be able to make it that day. He rescheduled for Sat, Nov 22. Technician arrived at the end of the day and though he was a kind enough person, he physically couldn’t complete the fix bc my dryer was in a tight space. He apologized and rescheduled me with a different technician in the afternoon on Tues, Nov 25. Tuesday afternoon I received a text from Sears Home Services stating that they had rescheduled me for Mon, Dec 1. I am an extremely patient person and I understood that stuff happens and they needed to reschedule the first time. I was patient and understanding when they had to reschedule the second time. But this third time is reflective of bad business.

Paid almost $500 to repair my washer, broke again conveniently after the 30 day warranty. Impossible to get in touch with customer service

It took 2months to get a technician appointment to repair my refrigerator freezer motor/condenser which was ridiculous. Stop scamming me out of more deductible money for the same problem that's reported to your company within 6 months. The Technician didn't fix the reoccuring problem with the refrigerator/freezer. I was also scamed out of another $100 deductible although I reported the problem and requested a repair appointment on the 180 day of my guarnteed deductible warrenty of 6 months for the same repair problem. I had to pay 2 $100 deductibles within 6months for the same repair problem.

I called Sears and scheduled service for Craftsman riding lawnmower in May. The appointment was scheduled for June 19, 2025. On the appointment day. I received a call from th3 technician named Cass. Cass informed me that he was not going to be able to make it. He was heading to his 3rd customer and he had 8 customers lined up that he would not be able to make it out until June 24. On June 24th Cass called said he was on his way he would be to my home between 1:30p.m. -2p.m. when he got there we went to my shed to pull the lawnmower out. I explained to him. I need the belts, blades, and the steering wheel replaced. He said you need parts. I mentioned to him I have the parts. I ordered everything from Sears. He said where are they at. I went in my house got the parts. When I came back out with the parts. Cass immediately said he was not going to be able to do the work. It was a 2 hr. job and that he was calling his boss and whatever his boss tells him that was what he was doing. I mentioned to him when I made the appointment through Sears. Sears was made aware of the work that was needed and if he reschedule then it would make it 1 whole month I will have been waiting on repair. I told Cass I needed to talk to his boss. He mentioned call the # on the truck. I told him I did and could not get through. I called A & E repair #. Cass went to the truck said he talked to his boss and he would have to collect money from me before he come back to do the work. I told him no. You have not performed any work and you did not even look at the lawnmower. Cass mentioned that they were going to bill me. I told him I would get my lawyer if a bill comes out to my house when no work was done. Totally unprofessional on Sears and the A & E company that was sent out to my home.
