So far it been horrible I rate the service a zero, The first repairman came out in February the 28t or 29th Ordered a part for a complaint that my oven would not turn on at the cost of $793.72 which I paid . The part was delivered to my home and it was an oven hood??? The second repairman came to complete the work and it was the wrong part for a problem with the oven not turning on!! I kept the appointment with the second repairman, because the first repairman left without replacing all of the screws etc that he removed to assess why my oven wouldn’t turn on. Between the first and the second repairman the oven turned on?? The second repairman couldn’t explain this and only said the first guy was new and he didn’t want to charge me for something I didn’t need. He took the part that was ordered with him. that was on March 13, 2024 that was almost one month ago and I have been tryin to get a refund for the money I spent in February on a part I didn’t need it’s been almost 2 months now. I have nothing good to say about your service. To make matters worse I see a statement in my email that I have a refund minus $300.00 for a refused diagnostic service!!! How do you order a part for a repair without diagnosis? To top this off I paid $149.00 just to have Sears come out to my home in the first place. I want my money back and I have absolutely nothing good to say about your service.

Your company has no way to speak with a customer service agent because of this I have waited 4 weeks to get this resolved . The scheduled time was 7a-4 first time the said he would be here at 4:45p had to reschedule next time asked. For 7-4 tracking said after 4 had a physical therapy scheduled. Today hit email he would be here at 9:54a then 11a he calked asked could he come at 1p said the computer sent me all the other times he knew nothing about that. Then sat in the truck waiting for assistance until 2p . Never want to deal with this company again

Disappointed! I originally called in for a drive belt replacement (400.00), Both tech and myself agreed that it needed the other belt changed. Ordered, arrived at my home - tech came but it was sprinkling outside so had to reschedule again (another week). Tech showed up and Sears sent the wrong part - but all was good until I went to use the mover and I could not get it to move. Asked for supervisor - ws told someone would call in 1-2 hours. 3 hours later no call. Tech installed the correct 2nd belt but I believe took off the first belt to put on the second and never put the first belt back on. Have to wait another week + for a tech to show up for the third time.

Didn't bother with them their customer service is lousy. Got fed up waiting in their hold queue.
