Don replaced Samsung icemaker and revamped a couple of other things in the icemaker. He was very pleasant, cordial and I had no problem with his service in any way. It will take a while to see if the new icemaker works as planned, but I expect it wiil be fine.. A real plus is that he had the correct icemaker on his truck so we did not have to schedule a another service call. Cost was as expected.

The young man that came out seemed very thorough and polite. Thank goodness they came out right away. It was not our refrigerator. It tested fine when we plugged it in to another outlet. Our plug was bad & could have started the house on fire! We had an electrician come out right away & replace it. Thank you for scheduling service repair so quickly
